We don't have a separate free subscription. The subscription is the same for everyone, it's just that within that subscription 1 user is free. So, as long as you have 1 user, you will not be charged.

Subscription is done in Asterisk Plus application. After installing the application in Odoo, go to PBX -> Settings -> General Billing tab and register your instance there and then subscribe.

We maintain modules for Odoo versions from 11.0 to 17.00. Both Odoo CE and EE are supported.

Our application uses Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) for integration with Asterisk PBX. Therefore, almost all versions of Asterisk and systems based on them are supported. If you have any special version of Asterisk, please contact us for details.

Currently, we guarantee the phone works only on Google Chrome desktop versions. There are nuances in WebRTC working on different platforms, and in time, we plan to support other browsers and platforms.

No, our phone does not work in this application. For mobile devices, we recommend using a separate SIP softphone, such as Zoiper or Bria, or others, to receive calls. This will allow your employees to receive the call on this phone, see the name of the calling partner, and use Odoo Mobile to interact with the call.
