User pricing


  • For the first 10 users:                        € 10
  • For the next 11 to 20 users:              € 8
  • For the next 21 to 50 users:            € 6
  • For the next 51 to 100 users:           € 4
  • For the rest users:                             € 2

The price of each user depends on the total number of users.

Users fee are charged at the end of the billing period according to the maximum number of users in the reporting period.

Minute pricing


  • First 10,000 minutes:              € 0.005
  • 10,001 - 50,000 minutes:       € 0.004
  • 50,001 - 100,000 minutes:     € 0.003
  • 100,001 - 200,000 minutes:   € 0.002
  • For the rest minutes:              € 0.001

This pricing is based on Call Detail Records (CDR) in your instance. We do not pass calls.

The total price is equal to the amount of minutes on all CDR records for the billing period.

Fee for minutes is charged at the end of the billing period and is the sum of all minutes during the reporting period using the formula above .

On the day of subscription activation and lasts for 1 calendar month.

You can create and delete users at any time during the month and at the end of the billing period you will be charged for the maximum number of users you had during that period.

For users and minutes you will be billed postpay at the end of the month. For AI Call Summary the fee is charged from the amount that the Client deposits into his account.

If you cancel your subscription, you will be charged for the minutes and users used for the current billing period.
